Changes since DreamSNES 0.9:
----------------------------

o Added proper detection and handling of NTSC, PAL, PALN and PALM
Dreamcasts. (NTSC/60Hz was already the default, so no change for
  American Dreamcast owners.)

o Fixed vertical offset for non-VGA output. It was previously
mistakenly set to the same offset as VGA screen. This fixes the
problem many have had with not seeing the bottom part of the screen.

o Added a configuration switch between 60 and 50Hz.

o Added double buffering.

o Tweaked frame skip to get better playability.

o Added in-game stereo sound. Previous version had mono only.

o Added configuration option to switch between stereo, mono, or turn
  off in-game audio emulation completely.

o Changed the ROM menu to handle multiple pages of ROMs. You can now
have 1024 ROMs on each CD, as opposed to 29 in the previous release.

o Made ROM-scanning asynchronous. You can now select and start games
before the ROM scan is complete.

o Added mpeg player and included two great song written by Jan Warnstam:
Bubbleghost (Anything is Possible Edit) and Polyhedron. Big thanks
to Jan for letting us use his songs.
